Gustave DIASSO has more than 25 years of experience in administration, business management and development in the public and private sectors at the national and international levels, with a multi-sectoral focus. He has excellent knowledge of the development partner and donor landscape; strong networks in Africa and globally.

Knowledge of high-level diplomacy, practiced in various world-class organizations, including the World Tourism Organization, the European Union, and UNCTAD.

Strong managerial skills, rigorous and goal-oriented.

With more than twenty (20) years of experience in the field of Project and Program management (BAD, BADEA, BID, OPEP financing) as Internal Management Controller and successively Administrative and Financial Manager, Mr. Bafiogo has been able to develop his experience in the field of human resources management during his different functions in projects and programs;

Graduated in Business and Cooperative Management and in Specialized Agriculture, he has held strategic positions such as: National Purchasing Manager at PLAN International for more than 5 years, Financial and Accounting Manager at the National Commission for Refugees (CONAREF) which is a funding of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees /HCR, and finally Head of the Administrative and Financial Department of the Directorate of Plant Protection and Conditioning at the Ministry of Agriculture

Mr. Togué Arsène KAM did his primary, secondary and university studies in Burkina Faso; After the University Technical Diploma of Technology in Finance Accounting (DUT), he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Theology from the International Christian University Logos, Florida (USA), then obtained a Professional Master in Management Sciences from the Higher Institute of Professional Sectors (I.S.F.P) in Bobo-Dioulasso.

Mr. KAM began to practice in 1998 in the Territorial Communities as Accountant and Head of Financial Services of the Town Hall of Diébougou (Bougouriba). He will become Accountant in several Projects & Programs of the NGO Christian Relief and Development Organization (CREDO) in the Center-West and Hauts-Bassins Region from 2005 until 2018, then in charge of Administration and Finance of the American International NGO Lutheran World Relief (USDA), Project Sesame de Boucle du Mouhoun for a short period.

He will be recalled in the same period to CREDO to perform the function of Administrative and Financial Officer, then Administrative and Financial Director until today.

Currently a temporary teacher at the Higher Institute of Professional Sectors (I.S.F.P) in Bobo-Dioulasso, he is also a trainee pastor at the Viim Paalga Church, member of the Evangelical Pentecostal Assembly of Burkina Faso and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Community Association for the Financing of Micro-Enterprise (ACFIME).

Mr. Kam Togué Arsène has two (02) publications: “Management Manual for NGO Programs in Burkina Faso” and “Good internal governance, key to the performance of Children’s Development Centers”.

Ms. NAPON is a graduate in Economics with a Public Economy and Planning option and in Higher Studies from the Technical Institute of Banking.

She began her professional career by holding several positions such as: Research Associate, Deputy Director of Projects, Head of the Loan Department, Head of the Research and Promotion Department, Deputy Regional Director of the Ouaga Regional Agency, Director of Commitments, Central Director of Operations, and Commercial Director, Head of the Management and Recovery of Sound and Compromised Debts Unit at the National Development Bank.

Founding Director of the BETHESDA private high school as well as the BETHESDA technical and vocational high school, she was also a member of the board of directors of the NGO CREDO, a founding member of the Alliance of Evangelical Schools and Universities of Burkina as General Treasurer and Vice President of the Professional Association of Microfinance Institutions of Burkina Faso (APIM BF).

Mr. ASSAGWE O S Gaston, General Manager of ACFIME started his career in February 1998 at the NGO CREDO (Christian Relief and Development Organization) as Technical Coordinator of projects/programs, in charge of studies, monitoring and evaluation of projects/programs. He holds a Diploma of Higher Specialized Studies in Regional Planning and Land Management with honors from the Pan African Institute for Development in West Africa and the Sahel (IPD/AOS) in 1997.

He was admitted to the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management (FASEG) of the University of Ouagadougou, after having obtained his Baccalaureate D with honors at the Lycée Yadéga of Ouahigouya in 1991. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in 1995 and his Master’s degree, option “Development Economics and Management” in June 1996.

As an Economist Planner and Development Manager, he served at CREDO first as Technical Coordinator, then as Coordinator of the Microfinance program called Financial Support Program in 2000.

He became Deputy General Manager in the new structure resulting from the transformation of the Financial Support Program called Community Agency for Microenterprise Financing (ACFIME) and General Manager as of July 2015.

He has participated in several training sessions organized by the Professional Association of Decentralized Financial Systems of Burkina Faso (AP/SFD-BF).

Rich of his experiences, Mr. ASSAGWE has held several positions in the Boards of Directors of respective structures such as:

APSFD-BF as Secretary General and in the Ethics and Deontology Committee of AP/SFD-BF from June 2014 to May 2018;
West Africa Regionale Alliance (WARA) as General Treasurer since 2018;
the international evangelistic organization called “Every House in the World” (EWM);
Family Life Mission Burkina (FLMB) from 2016 to nowadays; Family Life Mission is an organization that deals with family issues, marriages, youth and education of children;

Mr. ASSAGWE O S Gaston was decorated “Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Burkinabè” in October 2014 by the Burkinabè State.
